We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I would trust at my own property. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right, that falls on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track every route on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
